My briefing was to produce a whole city, with urban characteristics ressembling Sao Paulo , Brazil (a 28 million people city). I produced two diferent lighting schemes, sunrise and night time. The background image is a picture I took myself.

I used 3ds max, Vray and Photoshop. I also used greeble for basic volumes and edited all buildings to increase realism.

Textures were very carefully made - each window has both it´s own reflections, and on the night image, they have self-iluminate.
